Northern Sea Oats

Grows 2 to 4 feet. Clump forming, perennial grass bearing large, drooping, oat-like flower spikelets from slender arching branches. Blue-green leaves turn yellow-gold in fall. Full sun to partial shade; more shade tolerant than many grasses. Moist to wet soils.
